Terms & conditions

1.Scope: These terms apply to individual accommodation bookings unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change if taxes or official fees change.

2.Booking and Confirmation: The booking is binding once confirmed verbally, in writing, or by email. Provide name, contact details, arrival and departure times, and payment method.

3.Room Use and Arrival: Rooms are available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Late arrival is possible. The hotel offers automated 24-hour check-in. Guests will receive instructions by email, including key location and code.

4.Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in (by 4:00 PM the previous day). Otherwise, the hotel may retain the cost of the first night.

5.Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

6.Guests and Extra Beds: Rooms accommodate up to 2 guests. Cribs or extra beds are available upon request.

7.Pets: Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

8.Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Bachelor parties and large celebrations are not permitted. Misbehavior may result in removal, but the stay must still be paid.

9.Liability for Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The hotel is not liable for valuables in rooms or parking areas unless specifically stored.

10.Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or negligently to rooms, facilities, or other guests. Guests are also responsible for any keys; lost keys will incur charges.

11.Service Refusal: The hotel may refuse service or booking if terms are violated or safety is at risk.
